Friday, May 23rd, at 7:00pm, Jazzbird welcomes SONRISA! Featured artists include Scott Sadlon– Drums, Nick Manson– Piano, Mike Ozuna– Guitar, Corcoran Holt– Bass, and Joe Garcia– Percussion.
Led by dynamic drummer Scott Sadlon, SONRISA is a powerhouse collective featuring some of Phoenix’s finest jazz musicians. Known for their high-energy performances, the band seamlessly blends classic jazz standards with creative, jazz-infused arrangements of contemporary rock favorites. With an emphasis on spontaneity and pure musical joy, every SONRISA performance is a rare and special event—since they come together for only a handful of shows each year, no two concerts are ever the same. Expect a night of vibrant improvisation, electrifying interplay, and a celebration of the sheer fun of making music.
