We3 Featuring O.M.G. Benefit Concert

October 27 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Music on a Mission is pleased to present WE3 & O.M.G. (Our Musical Genre) for this one show-only special event concert to benefit Deep Within Rehab of AZ.

We3 is a powerhouse of talents featuring pianist Nicole Pesce, violinist Suzanne Lansford, and vocalist Renee Grant Patrick. Flanked by Grammy-winning bassist Mel Brown and internationally acclaimed drummer Dowell Davis, this group defies categorization and pushes genre boundaries. They pay tribute to new and familiar interpretations of Smooth Jazz to Bluegrass and Classical to Country.

Join us for a fantastic night of music. 100% of the proceeds will go directly to the work of Deep Within Rehab.

Deep Within Rehab is a faith-based, family-operated organization that assists men in transitioning from homelessness and addiction to productive members of society by empowering, not enabling. More about the artists:

Nicole Pesce, recognized by the Arizona Republic as one of the “top ten musicians to hear in Phoenix,” has performed for notable figures such as Muhammad Ali and Ricky Martin. She enjoyed a decade-long residency at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Phoenix, entertaining audiences with a repertoire from Bach to Lady Gaga. At age 14, Nicole played for Debbie Reynolds in Las Vegas and toured with Jerry Lewis, appearing on the MDA Telethon.

For over 12 years, Renee Patrick has captivated audiences in the Valley with her emotionally charged and honest music. Her versatile performances range from Jazz Standards to classic R&B, delivered with a powerful voice and passionate style. Renee’s sound is both refreshingly original and invitingly familiar.

Suzanne Lansford was immersed in music by her parents before she could walk, starting with classical lessons and transitioning to jazz by age 13. She played at venues like the Arizona Biltmore and in Chicago with the 3rd Coast String Quartet. Suzanne continues to perform Gypsy Jazz with Alfonso Ponticelli and Swing Gitan at the Green Mill.

Mel Brown is a Grammy Award-winning bassist, bandleader, author, educator, and business owner based in Phoenix, AZ. His extensive career includes world tours, recordings, TV, movies, and musical theater. Mel is also a recognized expert in personal branding and video interviewing.

Dowell Davis, known as “D,” has been a professional drummer since 1983, playing styles from Zydeco to Jazz and Funk to Blues. He is a clinician at the Conservatory of Recording Arts & Sciences and tours with artists like George Benson and Buckwheat Zydeco. “D” has also collaborated with renowned musicians such as Stevie Wonder and Wynton Marsalis.
