The second season of Chamber @ Ravenscroft concludes with a rousing Celebration. The concert features an international roster of collaborative artists in a varied program highlighted by Antonin Dvořák’s Piano Quintet No. 2 in A major, considered one of the most remarkable works ever written for piano quintet.

About the artists…
Violinist Steven Moeckel has engaged audiences and critics worldwide with his effortless virtuosity, vivid characterization, and uncanny ability to capture the very essence of a work. As a collaborative artist, he has performed with Leon Fleisher and Menahem Pressler at Chicago’s Ravinia Festival and frequently appears in concert with William Wolfram. Violinist Tessa Gotman Bock is a member of the Phoenix Symphony, has previously served as Concertmaster of the Scottsdale Arts Orchestra, and has performed on numerous Chamber @ Ravenscroft concerts. Nancy Buck is Co-Artistic Director of the Chamber @ Ravenscroft series and serves on Arizona State University’s School of Music, Dance, and Theatre faculty as a Professor of Viola. Cellist Ryan Murphy has soloed with the Cleveland Orchestra and Detroit Symphony and has performed with the Canton Symphony, Juilliard Centennial Orchestra, National Philharmonic, and San Antonio Symphony. Pianist Cathal Breslin is also on the ASU music faculty and has appeared in concert halls throughout Europe, U.S.A. and Asia, including Carnegie Hall in New York, Wigmore Hall in London, and the National Center for the Performing Arts in Beijing.
For this Chamber @ Ravenscroft event, lobby doors open at 6 pm, followed by the performance at 7 pm. Choose from a fine selection of wine and craft beers before the show or during intermission. Light refreshments will be available at the bar for purchase. Note that no food or drink is permitted inside Ravenscroft Hall.
