We are proud to welcome our Founder, Bob Ravenscroft, back to the Jazzbird stage to play and share his gifts with us. This will be an unforgettable evening you don’t want to miss!
Bob is a pianist-keyboardist and an accomplished jazz musician, composer, recording artist, and teacher that cut his teeth in the jazz clubs of Chicago. He remains a constant visionary who casts spheres of influence on both the Christian and artistic communities and unabashedly seeks captivating new ways to honor God with music and fine arts.
Performances by the Bob Ravenscroft Trio feature interpretations of songs from The Great American Songbook, original compositions, and the magnificent works associated with iconic jazz pianist Bill Evans. The evening will combine improvisational jazz and a spiritual influence that delivers a spontaneous live experience. You can expect familiar jazz standards, original music, and freestyle solo piano pieces.
Enjoy some great jazz and choose from a fine selection of wine, craft beers, and catered dinner options for purchase. Doors open at 6:00 pm; $10 cover charge at the door, reservations are not required.
