Friday, March 14th, at 7:00pm, Jazzbird welcomes Corner Pocket! Featured artists include Adam Roberts–Tenor Saxophone, Eric Rasmussen– Alto Saxophone, Matt Lennex– Trombone, Chris Ross– Bass, Dave Henning– Piano, and Chase Ellison– Drums

Corner Pocket presents the music of Charles Mingus. Join us for a heavy hitting night of luscious harmonies and hard bopping swing and we spotlight the infamous music of the underdog of jazz. Corner Pocket leads with some of the most talented musicians in the valley, sure to impress with every performance.  This performance showcases familiar favorites but also some rare gems of the Mingus repertoire. Prepare to have your socks knocked off!

Experience an evening filled with wonderful jazz and choose from a fine selection of wine, craft beers, and catered dinner options for purchase. Check back here or visit our Facebook page the Thursday before this event for a more detailed dining menu. Doors open at 6:00 pm, and the show begins at 7:00 pm.
